Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (4+ Years Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and scale high-concurrency backend services and responsive, intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong backend engineering expertise in either Java or Python, coupled with modern frontend craftsmanship using React and React Native. You will play a critical role in scaling our distributed cloud infrastructure and delivering seamless digital experiences to our users.
Key Responsibilities
* Architectural Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices and APIs using either Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
* Full Stack Delivery: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React and cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo.
* Data Engineering & Caching: Design robust relational database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL), manage NoSQL stores, and implement distributed caching and locking strategies using Redis.
* Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications on AWS utilizing Kubernetes (K8s) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
* Code Quality & Collaboration: Drive engineering excellence through comprehensive unit/integration testing, rigorous code reviews, and adherence to clean-code principles.
Technical Requirements & Tech Stack
Backend Engineering
* Languages & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in either:
* Java: JDK 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven/Gradle.
* Python: FastAPI, Django, or Flask, asynchronous processing, and Poetry/Pipenv.
* Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, partitioning), and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
* Caching & Distributed Systems: Redis (Pub/Sub, caching layers, distributed locking via Redisson).
Frontend & Mobile Engineering
* Web: React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, state management (Redux Toolkit / Zustand).
* Mobile: React Native, Expo, native bridge integration, and mobile UI performance optimization.
Cloud & DevOps
* Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda).
* Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm charts.
* Tooling & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI.
Qualifications
* Experience: 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade, distributed web and mobile applications.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical communication, and a self-driven attitude in a fast-paced product environment.
