This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Rally OurBus in New Delhi. The incumbent will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and other business-related tasks to drive growth and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Attend to prospective clients via Calls and E-Mails, showcasing the value and benefits of our product and solutions
- Sales Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, address client objections, and close sales deals effectively
- Contract Management: Send out contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and processed
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business success
- Sales Reporting: Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results on the CRM
Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years of experience Tele-Sales Experience
- Exceptional in communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting
- Experience in account management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and communication abilities
- Proven track record of creating and nurturing business relationships
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Proficient in emailing, cold calling, and prospecting
- Understanding of logistics will give you an edge
