What’s the Role?
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Facebook. You'll own the full funnel, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting, driving measurable growth in conversions.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end campaign management on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
- Plan and execute paid acquisition strategies focused on new user acquisition, aligned to business KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Build and manage campaigns, ad sets, and creatives with a focus on segmentation, copy testing, and retargeting
- Run A/B tests on targeting, creative, and landing pages to drive better outcomes
- Monitor daily performance, spot anomalies, and take proactive corrective action
- Create weekly reports with actionable insights, not just dashboards
- Collaborate with design and product teams for creative briefs and landing page iterations
- Stay on top of algorithm changes, platform updates, and new ad formats to continuously improve performance
What You Must Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ideally for B2C businesses
- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with budgets of $1,000+/day
- Strong grasp of key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV:CAC, funnel conversion rates
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Firebase
- Solid understanding of landing page best practices and CRO fundamentals
- Strong with numbers, but not afraid to get creative with messaging and visuals
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with app-first or mobile-heavy businesses (travel, commute, e-commerce, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of creative briefing, funnel design, or conversion copywriting
- Comfort with media planning and forecasting
