**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer with 2-3 years of hands-
on experience to join our development team. As a Java Developer, you will be
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java-based
applications. You will work on complex projects and collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Work on integration with various databases and third-party services (APIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
- Ensure code is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Springboot, MVC).
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or others).
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies (Agile,
Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG).
- Exposure to Elastic search and redis.
- Exposure to kafka is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent practical experience).
