Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate Junior Content Writer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for crafting engaging, SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms—web, blogs, email, social media, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who loves words, understands the importance of tone, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content for:
- Website landing pages
- Blog posts
- Email marketing campaigns
- Social media posts & captions
- Ad copy (Google & Facebook)
- Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and product teams
- Proofread and edit content for tone, grammar, and brand consistency
- Assist in building content calendars and maintaining publishing timelines
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor content strategies
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a startup or digital marketing setup
- Strong command over English (written and verbal)
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing basics
- Ability to write for diverse audiences and mediums
- Detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Good to Have:
- Experience using content management tools like WordPress, Notion, etc.
- Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush
- Interest in mobility, travel, or tech sectors
